According to a report by Times Of India, the Lucknow riverfront will open its doors as a wedding and party venue. This way, both security and maintenance expenses can be handled hassle-free. And the riverfront will have a new source of revenue. The local administration will give this venue on rent. While the amount hasn’t been disclosed yet, you can certainly be assured that the venue will be totally worth the price. After all, who doesn’t want to get married surrounded by the sounds of chirping birds, a crystal blue lake and serene vibes?

Earlier, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Lucknow Development Authority’s chairman Roshan Jacob stated that a musical park will be built along the Gomti riverfront. The park will display musical instruments and murals of famous musicians from Lucknow. Music lovers can also play those musical instruments and test their skills.
