This luxury apartment-style hotel in Switzerland is letting people live the dream, literally. What Is It?
Le Bijou has a total of forty-two units across nine locations in Switzerland. And their hotel-like apartment has everything a guest obeying social distancing needs. From a private kitchen and gym to sauna and spa experiences with negligible human interaction, Le Bijou is turning the quarantine phase of its guests into a heavenly experience. The guests can even get their groceries delivered, and there’s an option for cleaning services too. But keeping with the current situation, most guests are opting out of the cleaning service now, as notified by the CEO and co-founder of the hotel chain, Alexander Hübner.

What Else?
Hübner also mentioned that the typical duration of stay in the apartment is around two to three days. However, during the lockdown, the current stays are ranging from about fourteen days to two months. This fully-customized stay has also facilitated on-site testing for symptoms and nurse care if required. The hotel chain has joined hands with Swiss private health clinic Double Check for the same. A medium-sized-apartment of Le Bijou usually costs about $1,000 per night, but now they are available at a slashed rate of $500-600 for a night. The charge for coronavirus test is $500, as additional. Also, the hotel is allowing healthcare workers to stay and relax in its luxury suite absolutely free of charge.
