If someone told you there’s a ₹25 note floating around in Delhi University right now, you’d probably laugh it off. But what if we told you that ₹25 is actually enough to get you across campus… multiple times in a day?

₹25 Mein DU Food Trail? We Explored The North Campus On Uber Bike

We decided to put this to the test.

After spotting that quirky ₹25 note around DU, we took it as a sign and set out on a mini food trail across North Campus using Uber’s ₹25 bike rides (for up to 3 km). Call it a ₹25 DU food crawl we didn’t see coming. Because honestly, DU + budget + food is a combo we’ll never say no to.

Stop 1: Tom Uncle’s Maggi – Because DU = Maggi Always

Our first ride? Just ₹25.

In a campus where even short e-rickshaw rides can add up (and take time in traffic), this felt like a shortcut.

We zipped through campus lanes and landed at Tom Uncle’s Maggi Point near Miranda House.

Think buttery, masaledaar Maggi that hits just right between classes.

Hot Maggi in hand, ₹25 spent on the ride… we were off to a strong start.

Stop 2: Bistro 57 – DU’s Go-To Chill Spot

Another ride. Another ₹25.

Next up, Bistro 57, right opposite SRCC – always buzzing, always reliable to beat the heat.

What we loved? The fact that hopping from one café to another didn’t need a second thought. No “split karein?” or “rickshaw kitna lega?” just book, ride, reach.

And honestly, when your ride costs less than your iced coffee, you know something’s changed – for the better

Stop 3: Sudama Chai – End It The Only Way DU Knows

You can’t do a DU trail without chai. So after spending a day around popular hotspots like Kamla Nagar and Hudson Lane, we decided to head for one last stop.

One last ₹25 bike ride later, we reached Sudama Chai – arguably the heart of campus conversations.

Cutting chai, random gossip, and zero stress about how we got there? That’s a win.

So, What’s With The ₹25?

That ₹25 note you’re spotting around campus isn’t just for show.

It’s part of Uber’s ‘Dikhegi Pachisi’, where short Uber Bike rides (up to 3 km) cost just ₹25.

Which basically means hopping between your favourite DU spots just got a whole lot easier.

Final Take

We started the day chasing a ₹25 note… and ended up unlocking one of the simplest ways to explore DU.

Three food stops, multiple rides, all at ₹25.

And while we tried this around North Campus, these ₹25 Uber Bike rides are also live across multiple cities in India, like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai & Hyderabad – making quick, short-distance travel far more affordable wherever you are.

Also, if you’ve been hearing that catchy track around this campaign, that’s the Dikhegi Pachisi anthem featuring Divine and Roll Rida – hit play on the video above to catch the vibe.

And honestly, when getting around is this effortless, you end up exploring more than you planned.
