Thinking about comfort food or something to drive away Monday blues? Head over to Koregaon Park’s One O Eight Cafe for a steaming cup of coffee along with their famous Ricotta Pancakes. Initially, it was a weekend treat at the cafe, but they have now included it in the everyday menu as well.
The great part about this cafe’s Ricotta Pancakes is that the Ricotta cheese is made within the cafe and it is low-fat. The pancakes will be presented as 3 on a plate along with banana slices between the pancakes along with some drizzled sugar spiced syrup. The flour used is whole wheat and it’s fully organic.
