Mamata Banerjee recently visited Jhargram on 15 November on the birth anniversary of Birsa Munda. Like every time, she made sure to spend some time with her followers and supporters this time as well. A video of the West Bengal Chief Minister’s visit to Jhargram is making rounds on social media. In the video, we can see her making snacks and serving the people around her.
Mamata Banerjee Fries Snacks & Serves Jhargram Locals
All India Trinamool Congress (@AITC) tweeted a video of the West Bengal Chief Minister frying aloo chop at a local shop and then serving those to the locals herself. They took to their official Twitter handle to share this video with the caption, “Stopping at a local fry shop, our Hon’ble Chief Minister Smt @MamataOfficial cooked and served food to the locals of Jhargram today. So many people assembled around the local shop to see the Chief Minister mingling with the locals. Needless to say, the locals were very happy to see her interacting with them in this beautiful way. It was truly a surprise for them to see someone so respectable and such prestigious cooking for them. In fact, the Netizens were also very impressed seeing this sweet gesture by Mamata Banerjee.
This Was Not The First Time When The Chief Minister Served Food To Her Followers
Another video of Mamata Banerjee preparing food also garnered a lot of views on social media. She was in Darjeeling for the swearing-in ceremony of the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration. During her morning walk in the hill station, she made momos for her constituents in Darjeeling a few months back and that video went viral on social media. She was spotted at a shop talking with the local women and making momos. During her 3-day visit to Darjeeling, the Chief Minister also served pani puris to the locals and tourists.
