Man Cooks 30 Recipes For 30 Days Using Words From Inktober Prompt List & Our Minds Are Blown

People who have even the slightest connection with the art world definitely know about Inktober. It is a fun challenge where artists have to paint 30 paintings in 30 days using a prompt word every day. We all know that cooking is also an art, and so this digital creator thought of bringing two art ideas together. He cooked 31 recipes for 31 days using words from the Inktober prompt list.

This man, Flyod, a digital content creator, decided to bring in some culinary creativity to the already-creative art challenge named ‘Inktober’. This challenge starts on October 1 and ends on October 30. So every artist gets a prompt list with 31 random words, which he has to convert into a painting.

Similarly, Flyod thought of coming up with 30 dishes for 30 days with the words on the prompt list. This isn’t his first year of experimenting with food like this. He did this last year as well and garnered a lot of attention from various creators and news publications.

So this year, after last year’s amazing response and success, he was back with Inktober 2023. Not only this, he added another small challenge to it by promising to post one recipe every day at 11:11am. Here’s how it went!

Flyod began interpreting Inktober prompts into food videos for a straight 30 days, which means the entire month of October. The first word was dream; he associated the word with a bad pun and then came up with Guilt Cheese Sandwich. This recipe is made using four types of cheese.

Similarly, he went on coming up with recipes for the next 30 days, and on the last day, the prompt was Rush. Throughout the series, he came up with dishes that took a long time of preparation and cooking; some even went up to 24 hours, so the last prompt gave him an idea to share a quick recipe.

The recipe that he came up with was a dish that took only 8 minutes to make, making it the perfect recipe to make when you are in a hurry! The name of this dish was “Pepper Prawn Instant Noodles”.

Not An Easy Task

The most interesting of them all was on day 15, when the prompt was ‘Dagger’ and this digital creator decided to cook Rampuri Taar Gosht.

He associated it with Muslim bladesmiths residing in Rampur. It is said that an Italian dagger actually inspired the making of the Rampuri knife, which became an instant hit with local gundas in India and later also with the villains of Bollywood.

His association with words has actually blown our minds. Coming up with dishes with just one prompt word is not easy. But he made it all seem super effortless and gave out 30 amazing recipes that I am sure all of you wish to cook!
