As a nation obsessed with tea, it is no surprise that we have a tea stall at every nook and corner. And content creator Sarthak Sachdeva cashed in on this obsession in his latest Instagram video. In his video, Sarthak sold tea for a day and earned about ₹3,152 from it. He believed that if he set up a tea stall as a business, then he could easily earn ₹12-14 lakhs in a year!
In this video, Sarthak sold tea from an existing tea stall for ₹10/cup. He was able to sell 166 cups by noon on a normal working day. This was followed by a few hours of slow down during the lunch hours. However, the crowd was back for some evening tea and by the end of the day, he was successfully able to sell 317 cups of tea! As per his analysis, with these sales, he can make up to ₹1,10,000 lakhs per month. He ends the video wondering if he should finish his degree or simply set up a tea stall already!
