Greg Mushen used the much-talked-about ChatGPT platform to prepare a diet and fitness chart, according to a report by NDTV. The plan proved to be quite helpful for this man as he ended up shedding a lot of weight in a short period of time. In 3 months, he shed about 11 kg weight. This AI chatbot helped Greg to start the journey and also reach his fitness goals with personalised recommendations and tips.
