Hailing all the way from Australia, Chef Cheliah brings his unrivalled culinary expertise by joining hands with Executive Chef JP Singh. Together, there will be a creative fusion of flavours and the best of Modern Peranakan (Singaporean & Malaysian) cuisine.
In addition, each dish is curated with Chef Sashi’s unique culinary philosophy. With meticulously sourced finest-quality ingredients with vibrant Asian influences to create an unparalleled feast. Think innovative appetizers, decadent main courses and delectable desserts, the menu has been thoughtfully curated to transcend boundaries and elevate the nuances of flavours and taste.

Sashi draws inspiration from his Singaporean-Indian heritage, infusing his dishes with a blend of aromatic spices and vibrant ingredients. His signature dishes often combined traditional Asian flavours with contemporary cooking styles, resulting in visually stunning plates. Moreover, he seamlessly blends elements from different cultures, introducing new and exciting flavour combinations.
With roots in Tamil Nadu, including grandparents who came from Madurai, he has chosen to launch his first restaurant in India, Pandan Club, in Chennai. A crowd favourite, Sashi ended up winning Season 10 of MasterChef Australia 2018, after which he started a popup kitchen in Melbourne.
Since winning the show, Sashi Cheliah has gone on to achieve great success in the culinary world. His culinary journey on MasterChef Australia captivated audiences around the world. Known for his innovative and fusion-style cooking, he impressed the judges and viewers with his diverse range of flavours and his ability to create stunning dishes that showcased his multicultural background.
