Forbes announced the list of richest Indians with a combined wealth of a massive $800 billion. To reach the humongous number of $800 billion, their combined wealth also increased by $25 billion. Let’s take a look at the record-breaking personalities making their name on this prestigious list.

Considering only the top 10 richest Indians, their combined wealth is a whopping $385 billion. Surprisingly, a massive percentage of this culminating wealth is owned by Gautam Adani. Adani is the country’s richest person and his net worth is $150 billion (1,211,460.11 crores). As expected, Mukesh Ambani is sitting in the second spot with $88 billion.

Gautam Adani, the Chairperson of Adani Group is India’s richest person with a net worth of a whopping $150 billion. This is the first time he clinched the spot of the richest Indian.

Mukesh Ambani is the Chairman & Managing Director of Reliance Industries Ltd and he is now the second-richest person in India with a net worth of 710,723.26 crores. This is the first time when Ambani ranked second on this list ever since 2013.

3. Radhakishan Damani

Radhakishan Damani is the owner of the popular supermarket chain named DMart. With a net worth of $27.6 billion (222,908.66 crores), he secured the third spot on the Forbes list of the richest Indians.

4. Cyrus Poonawalla

Cyrus Poonawalla is the Chairman and MD of the Cyrus Poonawalla Group and he secured the fourth spot with $21.5 billion (173,642.62 crores).

5. Shiv Nadar

With $21.4 billion (172,834.97 crores), the founder and Chairman Emeritus of HCL Technologies, bagged the fifth spot on the list of richest Indians.

6. Savitri Jindal

The first and only female to be on the top 10 of the 2022 Forbes list is Savitri Jindal. The Chairperson Emeritus of O.P. Jindal Group is sitting in the sixth spot with a net worth of $16.4 billion (₹172,834.97 crores).

7. Dilip Sanghvi
