Al Salam Cycling Championship To Host Four Main Races
The Al Salam Cycling Championship will host four main races. Yes, returning for its 10th edition, it will host the following races:
- The UAE National Amateur Race, December 28th
- The Elite Race, January 18th, 2026
- The Woman’s Race, January 25th, 2026
- The Desert Race, February 1st, 2026
As it happens, the race route has also been reviewed, and it will once again be taking place within the Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve. For those who are wondering, this is the largest nature reserve in the UAE.

It must be said that the upcoming edition, as revealed in a report by the Gulf News, promises many exciting new surprises. Engaging for both participants and spectators, the championship continues to enjoy massive popularity.

Celebrating The 10th Anniversary
Finally, the aim is to make this edition a success once again. After all, the championship is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Previously, it collaborated with the Hamdan Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award, which ended up resulting in one of the largest sports photography competitions.
