1. Delivery Motorcycles Restricted From Abu Dhabi Highways

Abu Dhabi authorities have introduced new rules, which restrict delivery motorcycles from highways. They cannot use the highways with a speed limit of 120 km/h or above, after there have been serious accidents involving the riders. As revealed by the Abu Dhabi Mobility through the ITC, the move is aimed at improving road safety and also protecting delivery riders, as they are one of the most vulnerable groups on the roads of the emirate.

2. UAE The First Spot On Economic Performance

According to the IMD World Competitiveness Yearbook 2026, the UAE has selected fifth place globally. While it has taken the top spot when it comes to economic performance. This achievement reflects the steady progress of the country under the leadership of the UAE. It should be noted that this country ranked first in economic performance and led 21 indicators.

3. Instant Work Visa Limited To 5 For Businesses In Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia has reduced the maximum number of instant work visas, which are available to businesses that are under two years. Yes, the newly established businesses will be eligible for a maximum of five instant visas as revealed by the Qiwa Platform of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. However, for the companies that are older than two years, the limit is up to 50 visas in a single application

4. Etihad Airways Celebrates A380 Touchdown In Tokyo

Etihad Airways, which is an Abu Dhabi-based airline, is celebrating the touchdown of its Etihad A380 at Tokyo Narita. Yes, the aircraft has landed in Tokyo for the first time, and it is now going to be operated daily between Abu Dhabi and Tokyo. It features cabins, which include The Residence.

5. Camelicious Opens Farm On World Camel Day

On June 22nd, which is celebrated as World Camel Day, Camelicious is opening its doors. Yes, this is the best-known camel milk brand in the country, and for the first time, it is opening its doors to the Dubai Farms. 6. Qatar Airways Restored Its Network To 85%

7. flydubai Launches Direct Flights To Benghazi

flydubai has launched its first direct flight between Dubai and Benghazi. This marks a new chapter in the connectivity between Libya and the UAE. The airline, which is based in Dubai, is going to fly three times a week to Benghazi. This development comes as flydubai expands its network in Africa to 13 destinations, spread across nine countries.

8. Cafe Bateel Opens At DXB

9. Air Arabia Launches Non-Stop Flights To Aleppo

Air Arabia has launched daily non-stop flights between Sharjah and Aleppo, which is in Syria. The airline will begin on July 4th, and the low-cost carrier mentions how it strengthens air links between the two countries. The daily new service will offer passengers greater travel flexibility. Not to mention, it marks the airline’s latest move to increase its presence in the Syrian market.

10. Dubai Police Recovers Tourist’s Lost Money

Keeping up with their success streak, Dubai Police recently recovered cash lost by an Arab tourist in a shopping centre. Later, this cash was transferred to her bank account in her own country. The police located the money within two hours, and it reached her shortly after she had already left the country.

The case was handled by the Tourist Police Department, which is at Dubai Police’s General Department of Criminal Investigation. The tourist had reported the loss of AED3000 through the tourist support service, and the Dubai Police quickly followed up and sent her money back to her home country.
