Yes, a gallery that spans 13.8 billionaire-year journey through time and space, this museum is a landmark structure that’s coming up in the Saadiyat Cultural District, and we are here to tell you all about it.
Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi To Open In November
As mentioned in a report by The National News, this museum is a landmark structure. Spanning 35,000 m², it turns out to be the largest institution of its kind in the region. As it happens, the museum will be home to some of the rarest specimens on the planet, with the gallery that is offers about 13.8 billion-year journey. From the beginning of the universe to even the predicted future, you find glimpses of this journey laid out in a fascinating manner.

As it happens, the highlights of the museum include a vast collection of the world-famous skeleton of stan, which is the 11.7 m tall Tyrannosaurus Rex. Besides the skeleton of Stan, it will be joined by a 25 m female blue whale specimen that would give one an insight into the marine biodiversity and the ongoing evolution. The Murchison meteorite is another highlight at the gallery. These are specimens from the meteorite, which crashed as shower stones in Australia in 1969. Since then, it has revealed a lot of information about the early solar system, as it bears evidence of extraterrestrial organic compounds. In fact, there are even three solar grains that formed over 7 billion years ago.

This museum will truly be like a Time Machine as it will have several galleries transporting visitors to the UAE capital, as it was several million years ago.
