Oventine’s ‘One-Oven’ Concept Arrives In Motor City, Dubai & Here’s What You Should Order!

Oventine, after a successful debut in Business Bay in 2025, has officially expanded its second branch at First Avenue Mall in Motor City. Al Safadi Hospitality, the giant behind the move, signals the demand for modern Levantine fast-casual dining in Dubai.

Al Safadi Hospitality, backed by more than 25 years in Lebanese dining, is using Oventine to convey what speed, quality, and flavour without compromise look like to this new generation.

The ‘One Oven’ Concept That Anchors Everything

At the heart of Oventine is its ‘One Oven’ philosophy. Everything begins with artisanal dough, baked fresh and used across the menu in flatties, wraps, and bowls.

The concept works around Levantine heritage, blending with global influences. You can indulge in flatbreads inspired by the famous Manakish, stuffed with amazing fillings and more. Oventine focuses on serving quick lunches, casual dinners, and easy takeaways.

In 2025, Oventine launched as a quick-service restaurant in Dubai. The newly opened Motor City branch will step into the same fast-casual model. Foodies should expect to offer dine-in, takeaway, and delivery. One can order via Talabat and Deliveroo, with Careem expected to join soon.

This location places Oventine right in the middle of a busy residential and working community.

A Menu That Reshapes The Lebanese Bakery

Oventine isn’t recreating a traditional Lebanese bakery but reshaping it. The menu includes freshly baked flatties, wraps, protein-rich bowls, colourful toppings, and creative dips. Everything arrives with an “oven-to-table” feel.

It’s warm and comfort food, refined to be Instagram-friendly.

What This Opening Means For Al Safadi Hospitality

This second opening reinforces Al Safadi Hospitality’s shift into contemporary brand-building. Oventine reflects how it’s honouring Lebanese flavours while adapting to how people actually eat today.

With more branches already planned for 2026, Oventine looks set to become a familiar name across Dubai.
