Turkish Airlines To Resume Flights Between Istanbul & Dubai
Lutfullah Goktas, who is the Turkish Ambassador to the UAE, took to X to share how Turkish Airlines will be starting flights to Dubai from Istanbul once again from June 8th. With the resumption of this route, connectivity just got better for business and leisure travellers between the two cities. These are two of the major aviation hubs in the region, and this announcement comes just ahead of the Eid al-Adha holiday. With the travel demand surging across the UAE, and residents planning overseas vacations and family trips, this announcement comes right in time for peak travel season.
The announcement by Turkish Airlines comes just days after Qatar Airways also announced that it has resumed passenger flights to Abu Dhabi. Yes, it restored the two daily service flights between Doha and Abu Dhabi. This airline mentioned how the route is now operational once again, which expands its operations in the UAE to three destinations of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

Earlier, Emirates, which is Dubai-based, also resumed its flights to Kuwait from May 1st. With the restoration of services and the reopening of Kuwaiti airspace, the update from the carrier was announced.
