Dubai Al Yalayis Station is scheduled to begin its service on September 30th. Located in Jumeirah Golf Estates, this opens as part of the expansion of the passenger rail network in the UAE, Etihad Rail. And just ahead of its launch, Etihad Rail tickets for the journey between Dubai and Abu Dhabi are now officially on sale. Giving commuters a chance to book their seats on the new passenger rail service connecting the two emirates, here’s all you need to know about this development relating to the passenger rail service.
Etihad Rail Tickets For Dubai-Abu Dhabi Route On Sale
As mentioned in a report by Gulf News, the Etihad Rail tickets are now up for grabs between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. These are available for sale on the official website of etihadrail.ae. Commuters will get a chance to book seats on the new passenger rail service that connects the two emirates. Talking about the fares, they starts at AED39 for a one-way ticket for Comfort Class from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. However, the Premium Class fare starts at AED109. It should be noted that the Dubai-Abu Dhabi tickets are comparatively cheaper than those for Abu Dhabi and Fujairah route, which costs AED55 for Comfort Class

Dubai Al Yalayis Station To Open Soon
Coming to the Dubai station, which opens on September 30th, it will offer a direct rail connection to Etihad Rail’s Mohammed Bin Zayed City station, which is in Abu Dhabi. The journey time is expected to take around 57 minutes. The UAE passenger service is one of the most sought-after passenger services that the country recently launched. Yes, the rail service began its operation back in June on the Abu Dhabi-Fujairah route. In fact, it’s sold over 70,000 tickets during the early phase. Passengers ended a booking an average of 12 days ahead for the route.
It is worth noting that the first journey from Dubai Al Yalayis station leaves at 6:14 AM. And it the train arrives at 7:18 AM in Abu Dhabi, according to the website of the train operator. The last train would arrive in Dubai 6:47 PM and the last train will leave from Dubai, arriving in Abu Dhabi at 7:18 PM.
