Yes, it added around 1,90,000 seats month-on-month. This growth has kept Dubai easily ahead of the global competition. And of course reinforces its role as a leading hub for international air travel.
On the same list, London Heathrow ranked second, Seoul Incheon was third, Amsterdam Schiphol was placed in fourth position, and Istanbul Airport made it to the fifth rank. The increase also reflects continued expansion of services by airlines through Dubai. This is also during one of the busiest periods of the year for global travel. Air France Extends Its Flight Suspension To & From Dubai
This development comes when Air France also extended its flights to and from Dubai until August 18th. It cited the evolving security situation near and over the Middle East for this development, as reported by the Gulf News. The national carrier of France said on Monday, August 3rd, that the services to and from Dubai will remain suspended until August 18th. Moreover, it services from and to Riyadh will remain suspended until August 14th. This decision by the airline comes while keeping the regional security situation in mind.

Passengers Can Expect Cancellation In The UAE
