From today, riders across Kuwait can choose between four ride categories: Taxi, Uber Comfort, Uber Black and Uber Lux, depending on how much of an upgrade they’re after. The app comes loaded with the features Uber users elsewhere already know well: the ability to add multiple destinations on one trip, schedule rides ahead of time, pay entirely cashless, and fall back on Uber’s 24/7 global incident response team if something goes wrong mid-ride.
