Wynn Al Marjan Island has revealed its most exclusive accommodation yet, and it’s every bit as over-the-top as you’d expect from a USD 5.7 billion resort. Ahead of its confirmed September 2027 opening, the Ras Al Khaimah property has unveiled two Royal Apartments, nicknamed the “Palaces in the Sky”, along with four ultra-luxury Townhomes, all tucked inside Enclave, the resort’s private resort-within-a-resort.

Meet The Mayfair And Paris Apartments
The two Royal Apartments each span a jaw-dropping 1,460 square metres and come with seven bedrooms, multiple entertaining rooms, and in-apartment dining and spa treatments on tap. Each has its own distinct personality: the Paris Apartment is a two-storey pied-à-terre dressed in grand columns, hand-painted murals and a curated art collection, while the Mayfair Apartment channels London’s grandest private residences with jewel-toned green interiors, marble finishes and gilded accents.
Townhomes Built For Privacy
At the centre of the resort, four Townhomes take design cues from Parisian aristocratic mansions, ranging from two to four bedrooms, making them the most expansive accommodations Wynn has ever built anywhere in the world. Expect private spa facilities, palatial living and dining rooms, a library, a billiards salon, a full modern kitchen and generous entertaining space. Guests also get privileged access to a private beachfront, private chauffeur transport and round-the-clock butler service.
What Else Is Coming To Wynn Al Marjan Island
This reveal builds on a steady drip of announcements from the resort. Last month, Wynn unveiled its completed 550-metre private beach with a sheltered lagoon and offshore reef. The property has also confirmed a lineup that includes restaurants from Alain Ducasse and Delilah, an immersive Punchdrunk theatre experience, and Les Vases de la Mer, a Ras Al Khaimah version of Las Vegas’s Lake of Dreams multimedia show, said to be six times larger than the original.
