If you’ve spent any time around London’s food crowd, you’ve heard whispers of Supernova. The kind that come from people who don’t post their meals but will happily stand in line for them.
Supernova built its reputation by doing one thing extremely well: the cheeseburger. Dry-aged British buff layered on a soft bun with house sauce doused to give you the kicking flavours.
That same formula has travelled well, earning loyal followings from London to Kuwait and now Dubai.
On the side, there are fries. For dessert, a sundae minus the gimmicky ingredients. It’s refreshing, especially in a city where burgers sometimes arrive stacked higher than your patience.

The pop-up sits at Marsa Boulevard, one of Dubai’s most lively waterfront spots. Open from 4 PM to midnight on weekdays, and until 1 AM on weekends. Open air, buzzing energy, and just enough movement to make standing in line feel worthwhile.
