So, what are the benefits of applying raw milk to your face? Well, simply put, raw milk is unpasteurised milk. It’s milk that hasn’t undergone heating to remove bacteria and germs. So, raw milk is packed with natural fat and protein structures which can heal your skin and act as a natural moisturiser. However, do take care while using raw milk as it could contain E. coli bacteria. You can use a cotton pad to dab it on your skin, leave it for a few minutes and rinse it off with cold water.
