Chef Ranveer Brar, one of the MasterChef Judges, had set a complex challenge called the ‘Black Apron Challenge’. Mohammad Aashiq was one of the eight contestants who was competing in the nerve-wracking battle. This challenge marked the first elimination round for the season.
Chef Ranveer Brar has said that the Black Apron challenge was going to expand their home cooks’ culinary horizons. Cooking requires creativity and inventiveness in addition to taste. Not only would this task test the participants’ inventiveness, but it would also see how well they can adjust to unusual culinary requirements. Their ability to replicate the “High Stakes” meal will be put to the test, and he was proud of how each of them has risen to the occasion.
In this challenge, Mohammad Aashiq helped his fellow competitor, Kaushalya. As she was a vegetarian, it was difficult for her to achieve the taste of her dish. He helped her understand the taste better as he had expertise in the area.
