Mumbaikars! Looking for a new fun yet educational space for your kids? Worry not! The City of Dreams is all set to get a brand-new innovative museum that is sure to invigorate your kids while also educating them in the most fun way possible! Presenting, Museum of Solutions, an innovative new hotspot for kids that is replete with educational interactive activities that are designed specifically for inquisitive young minds! Here are all the details that you need to know about this particular Mumbai museum.

If you’re looking for new fun places where your curious kid can have fun while learning, the Museum of Solutions will soon be here to provide you with just that! It is a space where kids are free to learn, explore and have loads and loads of fun! It will open on November 26 and is sprawled across 10 floors out of which four are reserved for parking. There will also be space for workshops throughout the year.

The museum is founded by Tanvi Jindal Shete who is a trustee of the JSW Foundation. The director of the museum is Michael Peter Edson. It will be located in the Kamala Mills neighbourhood of Lower Parel and will be open on all days of the week. What is more, it will have exciting interactive spaces like four labs and a “mangrove” tunnel.

The tunnel will be lined with magical fairy lights and creatures native to the habitat who will also inform the young curious minds of the integral role they play in the ecology. The four labs all have a unique theme, all of which are aimed at making children think in a solution-oriented way. Each room has a unique problem of which, the children are encouraged to find a solution.

Entry To Be Free Every Monday

According to an article recently published by The Times of India or TOI, an entry fee will be levied, however, on all Mondays, it will be free. This will ensure that even those who cannot afford to bring their children can do so. The four labs are called ‘play’, ‘discover’, ‘make lab’, and ‘grow lab.’ Each of these has a unique theme and problems that need solving.

Museum of Solutions aims to offer an experience to kids that is a class apart from all other museums for kids. It aims to equip children with skills today that will help them solve the problems of tomorrow. They are also planning collaborative programs for underprivileged kids as well.
