New Restaurants In Mumbai To Check Out In January
1. Aahii

Aahii is a new restaurant in Mumbai that takes classic North Indian food and gently polishes it without taking away its soul. The idea is to keep the flavours familiar, but make them lighter, cleaner, and more balanced. What makes Aahii truly special is how carefully everything is done. The bar plates are playful and exciting, from chilli cheese churro to burrata chakhna chaat. The cocktails mirror this philosophy too, blending familiar classics with Indian spices and botanicals.
