Dates Of Navratri 2019

29th September marks the very first and auspicious day of Navaratri 2019. This nine daylong festival ends with celebrating Dussehra – It marks the day when Lord Ram by killed the evil king Ravana and saved his wife Sita. Dusshera falls on the 8th of October, on Monday.

Colours Of Navratri 2019

Here are the nine different colours of nine different days of Navaratri 2019. So what are you waiting for? Go arrange your wardrobe and don’t forget to send us a picture when you do!

Day – 1
29th September marks the very first day of Navratri and the first colour of Navratri 2019 is Orange 

Day – 2
30th September – The second colour of Navratri 2019 is the elegant white colour.

Day – 3
1st October – The third colour of this Navratri is Rich Red.

Day – 4
2nd October – The fourth colour of Navratri 2019 is Royal Blue. 

Day – 5
3rd October – The fifth colours is bright Yellow!

Day – 6
4th October – The sixth colour of  Navratri is fresh Green.

Day – 7
5th October – The seventh colour of Navratri is my personal favourite – the Grey colour.

Day – 8
6th October – The second last day of Navratri, and the colour is Purple 

Day 9
7th October – Marking the last day of Navratri, the last colour is Peacock Green.

Best Places To Play Garba In Mumbai

We assure you this Navratri will be nothing less than the super fun-filled nine nights if this year. Here are some of the most popular places where Mumbaikars go to play Garba. They also happen to be the most populated and chaotic, so stay safe but enjoy to the fullest.

1. Navratri With Falguni Pathak

This should be on your list for multiple reasons, it is the place where you will find the real Garba enthusiasts. It is also the place which holds Garba Nights on a grand level, with amazing live music. Kora Kendra is the biggest ground in Borivali. Thousands of people turn up here during Navratri, dressed beautifully in vibrant colour all set to play Garba with their Dandiyas. 3. Goregaon Sports Club, Goregaon Malad Link Road

Goregaon Sports Club is another place where you will find enthu- cutlets who have arrived to play Garba. Garba is no longer said to just a festival celebrated by Gujaratis, rather it is celebrated by all religions. Some people love Garba so much that they even readily go hopping from one ground to another to experience.

 

4. Tulip Star Hotel, Juhu

Now if you want a posh Garba Night, then I suggest you come to Tulip Star. This is the place where they don’t exactly play the rowdy Garba but is it more sophisticated. Every year there is a Garba night happening in Tulip Star Hotel in Juhu. This 5-star hotel is the place to be to enjoy an amazing night in an air-conditioned room with lively music.

5. Bombay Exhibition Centre 

The extravagant celebration of Garba with singer Parthiv Gohil who will be performing live at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Goregaon. The tickets for which start from ₹ 500 and are available on Book My Show. The event is named ‘ Ramgilo Re’ and will make people dance until their body aches!
