This Is What Shilpa Shetty Wanted To Be Instead Of An Actress
Kamiya questioned both of our guests about what they wanted to be when they grew up during their childhood days. Kusha straightforwardly replied that her answer used to be Doctor because that is what her mother wanted her to pursue. Meanwhile, Shilpa said that she attempted to follow in her father’s footsteps.
She elaborated that his father was a pilot and was fond of flying. Hence, it was quite obvious that her father wanted her to pursue a career in the aviation industry. She told us that she tried to fill in her father’s shoes but life had other plans. Another option was taking over her father’s business.

It was a small-scale business for medicine bottle caps. She mentioned that her father trained her from the basics with the wadding machine, an instrument for the insertion of lining material in caps. Upon learning this, she realised that it was quite boring. So, to not be stuck with this boring life, she became an actor. It is safe to say that her life has never been boring since then!
Did You Know She & Vidya Balan Played This Sport Together?
Kamiya interviewed Vidya Balan before filming this episode, so she stated, “Do you remember you and Vidya Balan played basketball together?” Upon hearing this, Shilpa said, “Really?” and Kusha did Jim’s classic stare into the camera from The Office because she couldn’t believe what she heard.

Shilpa is also a great athlete and casually flexed that she played volleyball and represented Bombay Zone and Bombay District five times. She also revealed that she was almost selected for Nationals as well, woah!
