Noida Metro Fast Trains Commence; Runs Non-Stop Skipping 10 Stations During Rush Hours

The residents of Noida are now going to have an easier time commuting during the rush hours. As the Noida-Greater Noida Metro commence, commuters can opt for the ‘Fast Trains’ which will skip some low-ridership stations during peak hours. This will reduce the travel time on the Aqua Line. If you already did not know, Mumbai local also run fast trains that save travel time in longer routes by at least half an hour.

The Fast Trains Will Skip 10 Stations

The new initiative in Noida will save the commuter’s travelling between the twin cities. Trains starting from terminal stations from 8 AM to 11 AM and 5 PM to 8 PM on weekdays will be fast trains. Out of the 21 stations on the Aqua Line, the fast train will skip ten stations during rush hours. Commuting To Surely Get Easier With The New Noida-Greater Noida Metro Line.

The Fast Trains Will Save Nine Minutes Of Travel Time

In total, the fast train will save nine minutes of travel time between the terminal stations. The fast trains will skip the stations including Sector – 50, Sector – 101, Sector – 81, Sector – 83, Sector – 143, Sector – 144, Sector – 145, Sector – 146, Sector – 147 and Sector 148 Metro Stations. Noida Metro Station Renamed To Honour Transgender Community.

No QR Tickets Would Be Available During Rush Hours

They will not sell QR tickets at these stations during ‘Fast Trains’ running hours. The frequency of these trains will be the same during peak hours which is 10 minutes. On the weekends, the Aqua Line trains will continue to run at a frequency of 15 minutes without skipping stations.
