Commuting To Get Easier With The New Noida-Greater Noida Metro Line

The Aqua Metro Line in Delhi NCR is expected to open in September to make travelling easier for all commuters from Noida-Greater Noida.

What Is It?

In another news for all Noida peeps, the all-new Aqua Line made its first test run and is expected to launch in September 2018. The 29.7km Aqua Line will connect Sector 52 with Knowledge Park in Greater Noida. The Metro having 4 coaches will be joined via a skywalk at Sector 71, which will be the origin station of the Aqua Line.

What’s In It?

The Aqua Line will consist of 4 coaches in each rake with a carrying capacity of 1000 passengers in each train. It will have colour-coded reserved seats for women, senior citizens and the disabled. In all, 19 trains will be used for this route made by CRRC Nanjing Corporation Ltd. The first edition of the 19 Chinese made rakes was flagged off for the official test run from the terminal station in Greater Noida.

The launch of the Noida Metro Line will certainly bring a significant change in the way Noida commuters travel in order to ease off the traffic on the road and save some time.
