Dubai is a multi-cultural city and rightly so. And a great example of this is the fact there are many new restaurants serving an array of cuisines that are opening up every day. And, joining the bandwagon of new restaurants are two new names that will be opening their doors this year. We are talking about restaurants by the famous Nordic Chef Björn Frantzén.

Chef Björn Frantzén To Open Two New Fine Dining Restaurants In Dubai

Chef Björn Frantzén is a renowned name in the culinary world. The fine dining figurehead is a Nordic chef who plans to open two new restaurants at Atlantis The Palm, later this year. Yes, the Swedish Chef is going to be opening Studio Frantzén and FZN. For those who aren’t aware, Studi Frantzén is a luxurious albeit relaxed concept that features Nordic influences. This restaurant will be able to seat 220 guests at a time and the space will have a lively bar, intimate booth, and private dining area. Serving gastronomy featuring Asian influences, the menu will certainly have some delicious dishes.

These Restaurants Will Be Located At Atlantis The Palm


FZN is a fine concept, which has been inspired by the three Michelin-star restaurants Studio Frantzén and Zen. This will be set inside Studio Frantzén and it will be more intimate. Guests will be taken to the rooftop on arrival and the intimate living room-inspired space will be able to seat just 25 people at a time. So, it’s as exclusive as it gets!

At this point, it’s worth mentioning that Chef Björn Frantzén had earlier made his debut in Dubai at the Palazzo Versace Hotel. He made his debut with a pop-up called Enigma back in the year 2016. He is famous for his restaurants Studi Frantzén in Stockholm and Zen in Singapore. The Michelin Star restaurants by this Nordic Chef is just one of the many renowned names in the city that will be opening soon.
