In the year 2020, Milind Soman uploaded a photo on his Instagram running on a beach. This photo was a birthday celebratory post where he wished himself ‘Happy birthday to me!’ on his 55th birthday. The picture was clicked on a beautiful empty beach in Goa where he was running near the shore naked. Milind’s wife Ankita Konwar shot this picture. Someone filed an FIR against Milind after he uploaded this nude picture of him running on a beach in Goa. The complaint was filed under IPC Section 294 (Obscene acts and songs) and 67 (Punishment for publishing/transmitting obscene material in electronic form) of the IT Act.
