According to the travel search engine KAYAK, Indians are super excited about Oktoberfest. In fact, data reveals that flight searches to Munich are up by 90 per cent. While hotel searches during the same period of Oktoberfest rose by 171 per cent. This indicates a renewed interest among desi beer lovers to visit Germany for the iconic festival.

A night’s stay in a Munich hotel during Oktoberfest would cost you ₹18,860 per night for a double room. This is the cost of boarding at a 3 or 4-star hotel.
