The Olympic Games Paris 2024 promises to be a momentous event. One of the most anticipated preludes to the Games is the Olympic Torch Relay, a tradition steeped in history and symbolism. The Torch Relay for Paris 2024 will arrive in the city on July 14, just ahead of the Opening Ceremony on July 26. Jin, the oldest member of the K-pop group BTS, will carry the torch during the Summer Olympics in Paris.

The Olympic Torch Relay makes its way to Paris on Sunday, July 14, marking the start of the last leg of a journey that will conclude on July 26 at the Paris 2024 Opening Ceremony. This Sunday, the relay will travel past many of the most iconic locations in France. It will begin at the Grand Palais and end at the Place de l’Hôtel de Ville.In addition to being a national holiday in France, July 14th is also Bastille Day.

The torch will travel along the Champs-Élysées, the route of the annual military procession on Bastille Day. It will then go to the Grand and Petit Palais before going through the 25-hectare Jardin du Luxembourg, a verdant haven in the middle of the metropolis.

After that, the torch will fly by L’Olympia and make its way to the renowned Place Vendôme, which leads to the Louvre, one of the most well-known art museums in the entire globe. After that, it will go to the largest collection of modern and contemporary art in Europe, the Centre Pompidou, and finally arrive at the celebration location, the Place de l’Hôtel de Ville.

Jin, the oldest member of the K-pop group BTS, will carry the torch during the Summer Olympics in Paris. The 31-year-old will be representing South Korea in the torch relay, according to an official release.

The Olympic Torch Relay is a ceremonial event that dates back to the ancient Olympic Games held in Olympia, Greece. The modern relay, introduced at the 1936 Berlin Olympics, symbolizes the connection between the ancient and modern games. The flame is ignited using the sun’s rays at the Temple of Hera in Olympia and then carried by a series of runners to the host city.

On July 26, in Paris, the Summer Olympics will begin. At the Paris Olympics, almost 10,000 participants are anticipated to compete in 329 events. There will be 329 gold medals up for grabs across 32 different sports. The Olympics go through August 11th. Paris Olympics 2024 aims to leave a lasting legacy!
