It was announced on July 25 that Ishraq Hospitality has signed the hospitality management agreement with Rekan Group. The former is an asset management and hospitality division of Mohamed & Obaid AlMulla Group. This is a significant milestone as it involves the management of the new Crowne Plaza Hotel in the vibrant city of birth to me, Georgia. It should be noted that with this move, Ishraq Hospitality will oversee the hotel management of the new property that is located by the beach promenade in Batumi that boasts 150 smartly decked rooms, a fitness club, two restaurants, meeting facilities, and a pool. Moreover, they will also oversee the hotel management of Batumi View Hotel Apartments.
