Our latest Sunday Brunch episode is finally out, featuring our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, with Tamannaah Bhatia and Diana Penty. The trio enjoyed a hearty meal filled with naan, butter chicken, dal makhani, sriracha prawns, and so much more. With Curly Tales, no meal is complete without a conversation, and in a quirky revelation, Tamannaah shared that she believes it will rain on her wedding day. Scroll down to know why she believes that.
Tamannaah Bhatia Predicts Rainfall On Her Wedding Day
During the Sunday Brunch, Tamannaah Bhatia was sometimes eating directly from the vessel, and she revealed a famous Sindhi superstition. She said, “Sindhi people have this strange myth: Agar apne degde se khaya toh apke shaadi mein baarish hogi.” (“If you eat directly from the pot, it will rain on your wedding day”). She further added that she was told this when she was a child, and she believed it. Now, she thinks it was said just to prevent children from doing so.
Tamannaah continued saying that after hearing about this belief, she stopped eating from the vessel for a while. However, during the meal, she was eating directly from the vessel and believes it means there will be rainfall on her wedding day.

Her Favourite Hangout Spots In Neighbourhood
Continuing the conversation and learning about the actresses’ go-to places, Kamiya asked them about their favourite hangout spot in the neighbourhood. Replying to this, Tamannaah said she really likes O Pedro in BKC and Bombay Canteen. At Bombay Canteen, she especially loves the Indie fusion and also revealed that the place is near Diana’s home.
Diana Penty replied that she really likes The Table and always finds herself going back to this place. Every time she makes a plan for lunch or dinner, she ends up at The Table. She admitted she has to explore other places in the city as well.
