Searching for recipes with ingredients available at home? Need personalised meal plans? Well, here is your genie! An AI-based recipe service called “Food” has been made available by Samsung in 104 countries and 8 languages. The application helps you find new dishes because it includes a database of over 160,000 recipes. Additionally, it can design custom meal plans based on dietary requirements and order the components for meals online as well.

Samsung Has Launched A “Food” App

According to Samsung, Food will offer a step-by-step tutorial for creating and preparing meals. The business collaborates with Whisk, a smart food platform it bought in 2019.

The app makes use of AI to create custom meal plans that are based on users’ dietary requirements and favorite culinary styles. The AI-powered assistant sorts the recipes into a shopping list based on the components after analyzing and standardizing their format.

Additionally, based on the user’s available food products, the app can suggest recipes. The “personalise recipe” function allows users to alter recipes to produce vegan or vegetarian versions for individuals who have dietary constraints. Users can also modify the cooking time or difficulty level of recipes to create fusion cuisine.

Users may quickly check each ingredient’s precise nutritional information. Additionally, through a guided cooking mode, the connected cooking function enables users to handle their supported appliances, including preheating ovens, setting timers, and transferring cook settings. Save Recipes And Sort Through

Future updates to the Food app from Samsung are expected to incorporate Samsung Health connectivity, allowing for the synchronisation of crucial data like BMI and calorie intake. The Food app from Samsung will use AI vision technology to recognize foods and deliver nutritional information.

Samsung “Food” will utilize cutting-edge AI capabilities to provide consumers with a highly personalized, all-in-one meal experience that they can manage directly from their palms. This will be done by integrating digital appliances and mobile devices across the Samsung ecosystem and aiding users from the shopping list to the dinner plate, stated Chanwoo Park, executive vice president of Samsung and in charge of the company’s digital appliances division.

The software will function on Samsung smart home devices and smartphones that are compatible with them. The recipes can be saved, and the users can sort through them. (As per The Times Of India)
