Rail Europe Launched RailGroupEasy For Large Group Booking
In order to make train travel bookings earlier for larger groups, Rail Europe has expanded its group travel services and introduced RailGroupEasy. According to Travel Trade Journal, this new service will simplify train bookings for a wider audience, including travel agents, schools, corporate clients, and individual travellers booking for groups of 25 or more.
Reportedly, people often face issues while trying to buy tickets for a larger group with Rail Europe. To change that and make the booking process easier and smoother for travellers, Rail Europe launched the RailGroupEasy service. Besides the ease of booking, this new service also offers luggage porters, catering, welcome services, and customisable branding options to enhance travellers’ experience, Travel Trade Journal reported.

All You Need To Know About This New Service
As per reports, Rail Europe’s RailGroupEasy service is now accessible beyond the existing Key Accounts (KAs) and Global Sales Agents (GSAs). This new service shows Rail Europe’s commitment to making travel easier for larger groups and providing tailored services to its customers.
While talking to Travel Trade Journal, Valentina Cesani, Chief Customer Officer (CCO) of Rail Europe, said that they understand the “unique challenges that come with organising group travel” and believe that RailGroupEasy is the answer to all the challenges. She mentioned that they will also provide a dedicated support team to ensure flexible and smooth travel for larger groups.
