A while back, the 83 star gorged on Chiroti Halu, a traditional sweet dish from Karnataka at Deepika Padukone’s home in Bangalore. And now the foodie relished a massive Gujarati Thali during his promotions for his film Jayeshbhai Jordaar.

Ranveer Singh is currently in Ahmedabad busy promoting his latest release Jayeshbhai Jordaar. During the promotional activities, Ranveer Singh tucked into a massive Gujarati thali. The actor plays a Gujarati man in the film. Dressed in a vibrant suit, donning fashionable glasses, the actor is seen gorging on Gujarati sweet kadhi and besan ki chakki. With Ranveer Singh’s soul focus on the Gujju thali, we can’t help but drool.

The Actor Loves Mohanthaal

While munching on Mohanthaal, the actor says that it is the best. Mohan is named after Krishna’s alternative name which means charming and that is the name of the dish. The dessert is made from besan, ghee, sugar, milk, almonds and cardamom. It has a nice fudgy texture and since Mohanthaal is not overly sweet, it attracts foodies. During the promotions, Ranveer Singh said that he loves everything about Gujarat and its culture. And we definitely know that the actor loves Gujarati food.
