The soon-to-be-married couple flew to Lucknow to celebrate Ali Fazal’s family party to welcome their daughter-in-law. The Lucknow celebrations looked as royal as possible. Donning ivory couture by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, Richa and Ali added the perfect sparkle and royal elements to the evening.

To make the evening exquisite and opulent, the interiors and decorations complimented the Lucknowi style. Some of the most eye-catching elements of the decor were the custom-made golden grapes, chandelier, and candle holders. The famous Sabri brothers of Rajasthan were also a part of the grand celebrations in Lucknow. The fun evening started with some soulful Qawwali performances by the Sabri brothers.
The Lucknow Celebrations Had A Delectable Menu Of Awadhi Cuisine
The biggest highlight of the night was the massive arrangements of lip-smacking and authentic Awadhi cuisine. Lebua and Mahmoodabadi prepared the lavish spread for the royal night. Lebua is a hotel in Lucknow run by a heritage family. On the other hand, Mahmoodabadi is a catering company expert in serving authentic and traditional Lucknow delicacies.

Richa and Ali gave a great surprise to their fans and followers with a voice note via their Instagram. Just before they began all the pre-wedding celebrations, they dropped this note on social media. They shared, ‘We have a message for you. Two years ago, we formalised our union and just then the pandemic hit us all, pressing a pause button on our celebrations and life. Like the rest of the nation, we two were struck by personal tragedies one after another. Now as we all enjoy this window of respite we are finally celebrating with our families and friends and we are so very touched for all the love and blessings that are coming our way. We offer you nothing but our love. Thank you.’
