Russian vlogger Mariia Chugurova has been in India for a while. On her social media, she is seen exploring various places and food in the country and her recent post took us down memory lane! She tried lachi, a famous Indian street candy that is usually moulded and served in fun shapes.
In the video, you can see that she spotted a street vendor and asked him what he was selling. At first glance, she did not guess that he was selling candy. The vendor then moulded the lachi into a chicken shape and served it to her. Mariia found the taste of the sugary candy to be “minty” and ended up buying three more. She gave one of them to a little girl and one to a policeman!
