With the hotel expected to open by the end of 2025, this will be situated in the groundbreaking project. As it is sitting in the lap of an astounding natural landscape, you can certainly expect views for days! Fairmont Ajdan Al Khobar
This hotel is expected to be open by 2027 and features 160 keys. The hotel will also offer service apartments for dining outlets, fitness facilities, executive meeting rooms, and, of course, Fairmont Spa. As it is located in the heart of Al Khobar’s centre, it is bound to feature some of the most astounding views of the surrounding Ajdan Waterfront development. Yes, a part of this development will also feature retail and entertainment attractions!

Fairmont Rua Madinah
Featuring 143 spacious rooms and suites, it is expected to open in 2028. In fact, it is also expected to house 120 branded residences. With its own kids club, fitness centre, and spa, it is truly a much-awaited opening in Madinah. As it happens, the hotel brand will be present in two main religious sites of Saudi Arabia, and it will be joining the Makkah Clock Royal Tower, which is an iconic symbol of luxury.
