The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia revealed how it has expanded the tourist visa scheme to include citizens of Kosovo and Guyana. Yes, now eligible travellers from both these countries will be able to get their visa electronically or even on arrival at entry points that are across the Kingdom. Saudi Arabia Expands Tourist Visa Scheme To Kosovo & Guyana

Gulf News, in its report, mentions how Saudi Arabia now includes citizens of Kosovo and Guyana in its tourist visa scheme. With this move, the Republic of Kosovo and the Cooperative Republic of Guyana are added to the list of countries that qualify for streamlined tourist visa procedures. The visa allows holders to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a variety of purposes, including everything from tourism and conferences to attending events and exhibitions.

A Part Of The Kingdom’s Effort To Expand Its Offerings For The Visitors

Visitors will also be able to make use of the visa to perform Umrah. Not to mention, they will be able to visit relatives and friends as permitted by the ministry. This expansion comes as part of the kingdom’s effort towards opening the country to a range of international visitors and simplifying entry procedures. It also aims to make travel easier for people so that they can take advantage of the calendar of events in the country. Not to mention, they will also be able to visit the multitude of tourism and cultural attractions that are there in the Kingdom.

The service allows visitors to arrange their flights, licensed hotel accommodation, and an electronic tourist visa through approved travel providers. This allows them to eliminate the need to apply for a tourist visa separately.
