Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport’s (CSMIA) Pranaam services focus on redefining airport hospitality for travellers with genuine care and a seamless travel experience.
The Service Guides Passengers In Transiting Through T2
The Pranaam service is designed to guide and manage the passengers transiting through T2 while ensuring that they feel secure and travel stress-free. During these challenging times, Pranaam Services has seen over 15000 passengers availing of the service from April 2021 – July 2021, of which over 500 senior citizens have opted for the service. Besides, approximately 33% of first-time passengers have availed of the service during the same period.

Senior Citizens & Children Not Accompanied By Parents Can Avail The Facilities
Through this service, the senior citizens and children unaccompanied by their parents can avail all the facilities under Pranaam, including the personalised meet and assist services, dedicated porter for check-in baggage, assistance with the hand baggage, Immigration guidance process, amongst others. Besides, elderly citizens and kids can also have easy access to the Adani Lounge to enjoy healthy and delicious cuisine. A personal shopper will assist the passengers with shopping at the retail stores.
