Taking to the X (formerly Twitter) platform, Netizens shared their horrible experiences of waiting at the airports for hours to catch their Air India Express flights. Most passengers were not informed about the delays or total cancellation of the flights. With no updates or intimation from the airline, frustrated passengers took to social media platforms to talk about the services of the airline.

It was on December 28 and 29 when many flights of Air India Express were simply delayed and some were cancelled out of the blue without any prior announcement to the passengers waiting to board the flight from different airports in India. Lucknow-bound IX-2773 Air India Express flight from Mumbai was delayed multiple times. The scheduled time to take off was 11:30 PM but the flight faced delays a few times.

Passengers were waiting in the bus for almost 25 minutes. They had to wait on the tarmac for another 15 minutes. An X user stated how the service of Air India Express’s service “seems to be going from bad to worse”.
