If self-love had a face, then Shalini Passi would be the poster child for it! Ever since she came into the limelight with Netflix’s Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives, she has made many people fall in love with her personality and charm. And one of the many fascinating things about her is her glowing skin and hair and in a recent interview, she spilled the beans on how she looks so fabulous. In a recent interview with India Today Digital, Shalini Passi shared that she takes her diet very seriously and that helps maintain her skin and hair healthy. Yes, she does more than “not hold grudges” to take care of her skin. In fact, juices and soups are a big part of Shalini’s daily diet.

To begin with, she starts her day with a shot of ghee. She then eats a few almonds and walnuts. For dinner, she enjoys soups. She eats unstrained and thick soups made with vegetables like spinach, broccoli, tomato, capsicum, lady finger, lotus stem, peas, and leek. All this helps her keep her hair and skin healthy.

To keep her teeth and bones healthy, she eats a big bowl of goat curd during the day as well. She makes sure to maintain her diet even while she is travelling and carries her own veggies since she doesn’t like the quality of fruits and vegetables in Mumbai.

Shalini’s Juice Love & Routine

Shalini Passi has a lot of juices throughout the day. In the morning, she drinks celery juice, red juice, and sprout juice. The last one is the most interesting juice in her diet. Since Shalini did not like to eat and chew two bowls of sprouts, she decided to “liquify” it and now enjoys it in the form of juice!

She also has pomegranate juice and capsicum juice, which is made with different bell peppers. Also, avocado is a big part of Shalini’s diet. During the day, she eats ragi and jowar chilla and indulges in some fruits before her evening workout. During her interview with India Today Digital, Shalini was sipping on kala chana ka paani!
