A Parking Permit For Caravans & Other Recreational Vehicles In Sharjah

In the Al Mamzar region, the Sharjah Municipality has begun issuing parking licences to owners of recreational vehicles (RVs) and trailers.
These permits can be used by individuals to park their automobiles in specified parking spots. Locating parking for caravans and vans has been one of the main issues for campers. But not anymore! Now that licences have been issued, those who enjoy caravan camping may arrange to enjoy the weekend outside.
The Al Mamzar Corniche Street in Al Khan, Sharjah, now has 1,100 parking spots according to the Sharjah Government. Last month, they made the announcement that it would be changed to paid parking. The parking charge will be charged every day of the week, including weekends and legal holidays. In the Al Mamzar region, a popular tourist attraction, the municipality seeks to always provide a sufficient number of public places for locals and visitors.

How To Apply For This Permit?
Below are the documents that are required for the registration process of this parking permit for Caravans in Sharjah.
1. Emirates ID of the car owner.
2. A photocopy of the ownership.
Following the collection of documents, the owners of vehicles can visit the Customer Service Counter at the Control & Inspection Department in Sharjah Industrial Area 5. If visiting the office is physically not possible then you can simply email your request and all necessary documentation.
