A New Committee Will Oversee Sharjah Book Authority

A new Board of Directors for the Sharjah Book Authority has come into effect. The board has been appointed according to an Emiri Decree by the Sharjah Ruler. One of numerous operational and organisational shifts being undertaken with the goal of enhancing and extending the SBA’s reach is the creation of the board. It ushers in an entirely new era for the business.

The newly created board will aim to increase the SBA’s effectiveness and promote growth in the future by instituting more structured protocols and supervision. By actively striving to strengthen its managerial efficiency and boost the outcome of its initiatives through the creation of focused strategic alliances, the board will also assist in elevating the entity to the next level.

It will also be responsible for managing the SBA’s daily operations. The board will be assisting in ensuring the integration of its overall goals with the demands of both internal and external stakeholders. The new hires will contribute to building on the SBA’s remarkable accomplishments and elevating the organisation to new heights of success by bringing a broad range of experience and industry insights.

We anticipate more such resourceful initiatives in the near future to arise in the developing Emirates of UAE.
