A New Announcement For Urban Master Plan
Recently, the Dubai municipality announces a stunning green makeover to the Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. This will launch the 13 landscaping projects totalling two million square meters. However, in an effort to improve Dubai’s green areas and promote sustainability.
This project includes many other significant intersections such as Sheikh Zayed Road, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, and Umm Suqeim Road. The government agency that is responsible for overseeing the project says the project will complete in 2023.
The major goal of this master plan is to have more greens in Dubai. As part of the UAE’s 50-year plan to improve its citizens’ quality of life and happiness, this project is a good fit. To make Dubai the finest city in the world to live in by 2040, the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan was created. More than 400 per cent more public beach space will be added in the next two decades, and natural reserves will occupy 60 per cent of Dubai’s land area.
