Her pet dog, Truffle, recently underwent a minor surgery and just like any pet parent, she was worried sick. Now, thankfully, her dog is all well and she has posted a special thank you note for Ratan Tata’s Small Animal Hospital in Mumbai for providing state-of-the-art facilities for animals in the city.

Shilpa Shetty is a proud pet parent to a miniature poodle dog named Truffle and a cat named Simmba. Recently, her dog Truffle underwent a minor surgery, which clearly distressed Shilpa. Now, thankfully, her dog is all well. She took her dog to Ratan Tata’s Small Animal Hospital in Mumbai and she was quite impressed with the “state-of-the-art facility.”
Shilpa Shetty posted a special thank you note on Instagram along with a picture with the doctors and staff of Small Animal Hospital and gave a shout-out to them for their amazing work. In her caption, she thanked and applauded the “doctors and hospital staff for their expertise and aftercare services.”

Small Animal Hospital is Ratan Tata’s ‘pet’ project that was inaugurated in July this year. Located in the Mahalaxmi area of Mumbai, this hospital was Ratan Tata’s dream project. Seeing the lack of advanced medical care for animals in India, he decided to make a hospital dedicated to small animals.
