Hold onto your taste buds, Dubai, a spicy new player is entering the city’s already sizzling restaurant scene. Singapore’s REVOLVER, the woodfire Indian restaurant that has been winning hearts (and appetites) since 2021, is set to open its doors in Business Bay, Dubai later this year. Brought to you by The Culinary Arts Group, this isn’t just any opening. REVOLVER is going big by this we mean four times the size of the original Singapore location, with room for 140 diners and an aesthetic that’s all fire, dark woods, and sleek sophistication.

REVOLVER’s Dubai branch will be located in The Opus. Yes, the one designed by the legendary Zaha Hadid. Expect a jaw-dropping space, complete with counter seating and a woodfire and binchotan grill that will be the star of the show. The tandoor oven, of course, will also make an appearance. Known for its bold flavours, REVOLVER is a hit in Singapore thanks to its creative use of fire in every dish. Whether it’s fresh Delhi paneer with winter spinach or lamb chop with creamy Rogan Josh, Revolver’s ‘experience’ menu lets you sample it all. And for the Dubai crowd? There will be some tasty local twists to keep things interesting.

As if REVOLVER wasn’t exciting enough, The Culinary Arts Group has more in store for Dubai’s foodies. Also coming to The Opus is Maison Dali, a modern grill inspired by the surreal world of Salvador Dalí. We can only imagine what culinary magic will come from that pairing. In addition, plans are underway for Hamamoto, a sushi-kappo restaurant that promises to elevate sushi dining in Dubai to a whole new level.

With these three exciting new ventures, The Culinary Arts Group is set to turn Dubai’s dining scene on its head.
