Heavy Mumbai rains have turned New Cuff Parade’s Lodha Skyscraper into a waterfall. It might sound like we are exaggerating, but take a look at this video. The city is experiencing continuous heavy rains and it has affected all the rail and road routes and now it is time for the posh areas to face the brunt we guess.
The swanky buildings of New Cuffe Parade in Wadala could not survive Mumbai Rains either. The water from the top of the building is gushing down from a height making it look like a tall waterfall. The video is doing rounds on social media, it was shared by K Sudharshan and he captioned it saying “Waterfalls in New Cuffe Parade! #MumbaiRains”. It has surfaced just an hour ago and it currently has 21k views, 300 retweets and 569 likes.

In the video, we can hear a man saying “security ko bolna padega” (the security should be informed about this) which I doubt will make it any different. There is also a suspicion that this might be the result of a water tank bursting and not caused due to the rains. In the video, you can overhear people discussing the same.
But people on social media are commenting some of the funniest things, some suggesting rainwater harvesting and a lot more. Have a look!
